“Heart of Stenhousemuir” Stenhousemuir, Falkirk. Cast iron, sandstone. 2.25 mfrs x 8 mtrs x 7.6 mtrs. The site occupies what was once the largest cattle market in Scotland. The work also celebrates two of the town’s famous industries. Cowan’s Highland Toffee used the Highland Cow as its logo. Stenhousmuir was also home to the world famous Carron Iron Works.
“Cornucopia” Retford Oaks Academy, Retford, Nottinghamshire. 2.5metres high x 4 metres diameter.
